Another excellent sour from our talented Hamish. The pineapple flavour is subtle in this, as pineapple juice does not have a strong flavour and you lose some of it during the ferment. I love the lime flavour and tartness, some of which has been created by the yeast. It is an incredibly refreshing and summery beer.
