Hamish is an industry leader in creating fruited kettle sours and I am a huge connoisseur! I love coming up with different fruit pairings for a new sour. This was a cool idea to see how a chocolate sour would turn out. There is no chocolate flavouring in this beer, the subtle chocolate taste comes from the nibs in the ferment. I love everything raspberry and the tangy tartness the fruit brings to this beer.
